At 91Dresses, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and fair.

Return Policy

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and security labels within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipping fees for returns are not covered by 91Dresses.
  • Please use a tracked shipping method via your local post office.
  • Include your returns form (provided with your order) and clearly state whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
  • If you’ve lost your returns form, email us at service@91dresses.com — we’re happy to help.

Refund Timeline:

  • Returns are processed within 2–3 business days after receipt.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing time for card refunds can take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • For store credit refunds, a digital code will be emailed to you after the return is processed.

Important: We are not responsible for lost return parcels. Always retain your tracking number.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 28 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Fitted with all original tags and security ribbons

Steps to Exchange:

  1. Complete the return form indicating the item you’d like in exchange.
  2. Return the item using a tracked shipping service.
  3. We’ll process your exchange within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.

Exchange Notes:

  • You may exchange for a different size or product (if in stock).
  • We offer up to two exchanges per original order, free of charge for outbound reshipments.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to purchase a gift card to cover the price difference.
  • If the exchange item is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Late Returns

Returns received after 30 days of your delivery date will not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Shipping Carriers for Returns

We recommend using your local post office with a signed-for or tracked shipping service. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Return Condition Requirements

  • Items must be new, unused, and returned in original condition with all security tags attached.
  • Damaged, altered, or soiled items may be rejected and sent back to you.
