1. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
2. How do I know when my order will arrive?
At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery time (ETA) for each item in your order. The ETA may vary depending on product location and selected shipping method.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also track your order using your order number under the “Track My Order” section at the bottom of our website.
4. How do I return an item for a refund?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled
- Have all original tags and packaging
Please fill out the return form included in your package and send it back using a tracked shipping service.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items may only be refunded as store credit.
5. How do I exchange an item?
If your item meets our return conditions, you may exchange it within 30 days.
Use the same return process as above and indicate the exchange request on the return form.
Once approved, your replacement will be shipped, and you’ll receive a new tracking link.
6. What is your returns policy?
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Use a tracked shipping service — we can only process items that are returned to us.
- Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Some countries may have shipping fees or exclusions depending on your location.
8. Something I purchased is now on sale. Can I receive a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items that later go on sale.
9. Which size should I purchase?
We use standard US sizing unless stated otherwise in the product description.
A full size guide is available on each product page, next to the size selector.
10. I saw an item advertised but can’t find it on your site?
Some items may be:
- From upcoming collections (not launched yet)
- Limited editions or discontinued
If you can’t find a product, feel free to email us.
11. My package was marked as delivered but I haven’t received it!
Please check around your property (mailbox, porch, behind bins or plants).
Also check with neighbors or building managers.
If your package is still missing after 10 business days, contact us with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Email used for the order
Note: If your shipping address was a forwarding address, please contact the forwarding company directly.
12. My promo code or gift card isn’t working!
Please ensure:
- The promo code is valid and not restricted to full-price items
- Gift card codes are entered separately
